Pricing Questions
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per-location, per-month, based on which modules you enable. Every user at a location is included - we do not charge per seat. Your dispatchers, branch managers, and field techs are all covered.
Do we have to buy everything at once?
No. That is the whole point of the modular approach. Start with the core platform and the one or two modules that solve your biggest pain point. Add more modules as your operation grows and as you see results from the first ones.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. CareLogix offers month-to-month agreements after the initial pilot period. We earn your renewal every month by delivering operational value, not by locking you in.
What does a pilot look like?
Typical pilots start at 3-5 locations and run for 60-90 days. We handle onboarding, data import, integration setup, and training. You see real results on real operations before committing to a full rollout.
Can different locations have different modules?
Yes. Module configuration is per-tenant, but locations within a tenant share the same module set. If you need different capabilities at different branches, we can discuss multi-tenant configurations.
How are AI features priced?
AI modules (fax intake, route planning, patient SMS) are each standalone add-ons. AI usage is billed on a transparent cost-plus basis, meaning you pay the actual inference cost plus a margin. Each tenant gets their own API key with full visibility into usage. No markups hidden in platform fees, and you always know exactly what you are paying for.
