Adam has deep experience implementing field operations systems at enterprise DME providers. He has seen the gap between what generic field service tools offer and what DME operations actually need, from the inside. The complexity of HCPCS codes, prior authorizations, credential matching, payer-specific documentation requirements, and the operational chaos of managing hundreds of field technicians across dozens of locations is not abstract to him. It is the problem he has spent his career working on.
CareLogix exists because Adam watched enterprise DME providers try to force-fit generic field service software into an industry with requirements those tools were never designed to handle. He built the platform that should have existed: one that speaks DME natively and uses AI to eliminate the operational bottlenecks that no amount of manual process can solve at scale.
